From senior recruitment administrator to team mentor, Marta excels
What led you to Hudson RPO?
I was referred by my previous manager, who knew I would be moving to Scotland.
How has your role changed since joining Hudson RPO?
I joined Hudson RPO as a Senior Administrator. When the Administration Team Lead position became available, I applied successfully.
Tell us more about your current role. What are your responsibilities?
Based in the Centre of Excellence, I lead a team of recruitment coordinators and administrators. I am responsible for directing the team in their daily activities and ensuring we meet KPIs and SLAs.
I mentor the team and provide at-desk coaching, always seeking opportunities to support my team’s development. In addition, I provide a central point of contact for senior management on team activities and act as a first-stage escalation point for colleagues based onsite. My team and I mainly support the Macquarie account, as well as Eli Lilly and Toyota.

Administration and background checks.

My background in the RPO environment, as well as the company’s culture.
